Sustainable Communities Act Update

FCFCG has produced a short information document on the Sustainable Communities Act - an important piece of legislation which gives local people real power to protect and enhance their community. The Act’s aim is to promote the sustainability of local communities in England, based on the principle that local people know best what needs to be done to promote the sustainability of their area. The document explains how FCFCG members - and other community groups - can get involved in putting together proposals about local sustainability.
