Pennyhooks Farm Trust
Pennyhooks Farm is a 100 acre, organic grassland Angus suckler beef farm, with hens, pigs, donkeys & goats as well. It also has water meadows with high value conservation habitats such as orchids, otters & water voles.
Pennyhooks provides a unique experience to young people with Autism Spectrum Condition, currently aged 11-33, either placed individually or within a group.
The peaceful rural setting, supportive environment and the opportunity to have hands on experience in the running of a working farm as part of a team, provides a wealth of opportunity for personal growth and development, including OCN accreditation in Countryside Skills.
We also have purpose built facilities & a large greenhouse to offer woodwork lessons, horticulture, rural craft & home-skills, the products of which are sold in our little shop & at regular Open Days to fund raise for Pennyhooks Farm Trust, which supports our work.
