Allotment Forum Cymru/Wales - Planning Permission Advice Session for Allotment Holders in Wales

Wales Allotment Forum. This session will advise participants on what needs planning permission and how to gain planning if required in Wales. It will be lead by Lucie Taylor Manager of the SF&G Community Land Advisory Service Cymru, who is an experienced Chartered Planner.

Do you need to know what you may require planning permission for on your allotment site? Would you like to set up an allotment site and need to know what permissions you may need? Would you like some guidance on submitting a planning application?

Join Lucie Taylor, a Chartered Planner and Manager of the SF&G Community Land Advisory Service in Wales, who will explain planning regulations with examples. We will discuss what permitted development rights there are for allotment holders (and community growers) in Wales and help you work out what you may need planning permission for. We will then move onto how to go about submitting a planning application and planning considerations for submitted planning applications. Finally, we will have some time for questions and answers on the subject.
