Suitable for anyone working within a community growing setting, and particularly people responsible for the legal structure and management of the group, we will explore the different types of governance structures, problems and challenges when starting up a new organisation, different types of organisations and also explore some real governance problems of community food enterprises and practical solutions to those problems.
This course demystifies the various types of legal forms and organisational types and how this relates to the wider governance of the organisations, be they unincorporated, companies or societies.
