In the morning 9:30 – 12:30 we will focus on project management techniques

After lunch 1:30-4:30 we will look at Leadership, Management & Communication styles, considering our strengths and how to work well with others

Then we will have an informal social 4:30-5:30

It is fine to come for any part of the day. The morning is aimed at those wanting to learn more about project management techniques. The afternoon, and social, is good for everyone

When: Monday 11th June 9:30 am, - 4.30 pm with a social until 5.30 pm
Fees: Cost is £20 per organisation including lunch. (We would never exclude anyone on the basis of cost so please get in touch if the charge would prevent you coming.)
