Living Vital is a registered Charity offering a place in nature for marginalised groups in the community to come and learn and share knowledge about food growing, cooking and other land-based skills while reconnecting with the earth, themselves and each other. Our project Common Ground focuses work with the refugee & migrant community within Brighton & Hove. The project sits on a quarter-acre of Soil Association certified organic land, as part of Stanmer Organics cooperative in Stanmer Park, Brighton.

Activities include food growing, building and maintaining structures, cooking and storytelling.

Car - Enter Stanmer Park from the A27. Car park in the village, drive past Stanmer House, at the junction take a right, drive around with church on your right, car park second exit on left.

Train from Brighton to Falmer, 30 min walk to Living Vital.

Bus 25 stops at the bottom of the park from Brighton town centre, 25 min walk to the Living Vital, every day of the week. Saturdays no:78 goes from Brighton town centre to Stanmer Village, 15 min walk to Living Vital.

Walk/cycle up past Stanmer House, at the junction take a left. Take the centre road at the next junction (follow sign for Stanmer Organics). Road bends round go up the hill and Stanmer Organics is on the left.
