Home to a fine collection of rare breed livestock and an abundance of artworks and is a green retreat for wildlife. The farm site offers panoramic views of the River Tyne. Opportunities include school farm visits, accredited animal care and environmental education, animal related work experience and volunteer placements.

Chrysalis Training, who are responsible for land and building management, the cafe and who use the farm buildings and classroom to offer adult education to those with additional needs.

Bill Quay Community Farm Association is responsible for sheep, goats, geese and the community allotments. We have strong links with the local community.

Metro: 10 minutes' walk from Pelaw Metro station- cross the A185, walk down Fisherwell Road and turn right at the bottom.
