A community farm on 26 acres of land bordering Catcote Road at Summerhill. The farm is presently home to the horses that work as the non-human facilitators of OFCA's pioneering equestrian youth inclusion project, which has proved highly successful in helping young people with a history of behavioural problems to build self-confidence and develop their communications skills.

OFCA also has a number of large compost bays at its urban farm, which are used to recycle green waste arising from the operations of the organisation's Volunteer Initiative Programme, a youth inclusion project that offers free gardening services to single parents, the elderly and disabled householders who would find such work difficult to undertake for themselves.
