A City & Guilds accredited environmental/horticultural training centre featuring a wildlife area, and fruit, vegetable and flower beds. Also has poly-tunnels,commercial greenhouses an eco-apiary with several beehives. The farm provides horticultural training for 16-25 year old NEET's the unemployed, an environmental programme for local schools, after school clubs, a horticultural therapy group, community outreach work and has a Social Enterprise undertaking soft landscaping and grounds and gardens maintenance the contracting team made up of newly qualified students giving them valuable work experience to progress into employment .
