Hunloke is a community garden created on an old derelict field by the locals. It is a fully operational nursery growing vegetables and plants for sale. The garden was designed by Rother Community Action Partnership and it includes a pond, a meadow area, a vegetable growing and composting area, poly tunnels, an orchard, some formal flower beds and it provides an outdoor classroom for Primary School activities and horticultural students of all ages. The community garden has become a haven for wildlife, birds, butterflies, hedgehogs, wildfowl and pond life.
