We are a community-supported, peasant bakery. We involve the community with growing heritage wheat, processing, milling and baking wood-fired sourdough bread. We are developing a bakery to sell bread and teach bread making skills and 'field to loaf' workshops. We also sell organic, sourdough pizzas at local events.
