This new project has just identified a piece of waste land near to the centre of Chesterfield in Derbyshire. It is being managed by the community Group 'Transition Chesterfield' who are negotiations with the owners of the land (Chesterfield Borough Council) and the leaseholders who do not now want to develop it (Fairplay Childrens' Disability Charity in Chesterfield).
