Green Dream is an award winning urban food growing, habitat creation and community environmental project set in a secluded 4 acres in the heart of Bootle.We have raised beds, poly tunnels, bee hive, water harvesting tanks, orchard, ponds, habitat areas and tree, shrub and hedgerow planting and outdoor and forest school spaces.The project started in March 2013 with a handful of people to design and plan the space. It has since blossomed into a rich, inclusive and educational green project with over 150 volunteers and supporters.We have planted over 300 trees and grown over 1t of fruit and vegetables. We also harvest our own Green Dream honey and keep chickens, supplying our community with free range eggs!
