We are currently leasing an council nursery site which has a large greenhouse, water, electricity and even a toilet!
We are using the site to grow fruit and vegetables with volunteers who suffer with mental ill health. We also have session with people living with dementia however their input in to the actual gardening is limited as at the moment we are focussed on seeding or natural craft activities.
We would like to establish the site as a community wellbeing hub where lots of different groups and individuals can get involved and grow produce. We would like this to be more of a community enterprise eventually.
