All our animals are rescued and we encourage the interaction between them and the public. Children can come and collect their own eggs. We have visits from nursing homes and the residents can see the hens wearing the jumpers they knit for them when they come to us with no feathers. There are plans to include a kitchen garden which the local community can harvest produce from. Our Open Days allow the community to get together and enjoy the animals and outdoor life. We are non- profit making and planning to form a CIC and to set up a community children's gardening club.
