Growing a Healthy Community Garden: New Ideas for a New Decade (London)

Join us at the Dragon Hall Trust, Covent Garden to explore opportunities for the future in community farming, gardening and growing.

We’ll be introducing new opportunities for our members, including the accredited European Gardeniser training programme, our Gardens of Sanctuary resources on working with refugees and asylum seekers, and the UGAIN European programme which explores community integration and the sharing of cultures through community growing. Plus, volunteers go free!

Further information and book online here.

Please note: These events are open to representatives from SF&G members only. Membership is open to any organisation that provides benefits to individuals/communities by engaging them in meaningful land-based activities (such as community managed gardens and farms, or care farms). Membership is free – it’s quick and easy to join here and there are lots of other membership benefits including product discounts.

Not sure whether your organisation is already a member? Please contact us to find out.

* We are delighted to be working in partnership with Dobies who, as well as offering discounts on their products for our members, are sponsoring a year’s worth of vital training for members of Social Farms & Gardens. This training will support members to grow a healthy community garden and a healthy organisation and events will be held across England.
