Income Inspiration - Making money from Corporate Volunteer Days (London)

Some city farms and community gardens earn £6-30k a year in unrestricted income hosting paying volunteers from corporate businesses. At this workshop we will share insights on how this is done.

The focus will be on how to run a fun, safe, income-generating day. We will also touch on how you can nurture ongoing relationships with businesses and how we can all share resources to increase our capacity.

Have A Grow Day is aimed at community growing groups across Wales, whether it’s a community garden, school or church garden or community allotment.

The purpose of the day is to help promote community growing and let everyone know about the great work you are doing.   It’s also a chance to raise some money through donations from visitors and you may even get some new volunteers!
