Volunteers
Location: Farmability, Oxfordshire
FarmAbility is looking for Volunteers at their farms and in gardens across Oxfordshire. Our volunteers at help support co-farmers (adults with learning disabilities and autism) to take apart in a range of activities – from growing peas to lambing ewes.
Working in small groups, co-farmers gain a real sense of purpose and achievement while building the practical and vocational skills they need to move forward in their lives. We operate our service from Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm across a range of farms and gardens all within a 7 mile radius of Oxford.
Volunteers become part of our friendly welcoming team. You will be offered the usual volunteer expenses (lunch and travel) and can wear a FarmAbility t-shirt if you would like to!
It's a rewarding experience. To get a flavour of what we do, visit our social media pages - search for FarmAbility on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
