Edwalton Primary School Farm
A primary school which has developed a small farm animal unit for over 20 years. The animals are looked after by the children all the year round. The farm started with bees and bantams and has gradually evolved to include a wide variety of birds and animals. Facilities includes allotments, outdoor classrooms, sensory garden and 3.5 acre woodland with pond.
2 Pygmy Goats, 2 Saanen Goats, 2 Kune Kune Pigs, 3 Bantam hens, 10 Hens, 2 rabbits, 5 guinea pigs, 5 Apiaries, 4 Quail. Plans to expand into heritage breeds of pigs and sheep.
