2. Property & Infrastructure Management
Own and manage local buildings**, including retail units and residential flats, to generate revenue for their work .
Refurbished Hardware House flats** above Market Place cafés in 2019 to improve housing stock
Support ongoing assessments** for sustainability of the Mechanics Institute and work alongside Northumberland County Council to run a community hub there
