16 acre organic livestock farm with native ponies, Hereford cattle, Norfolk Horn sheep, golden Guernsey goats, geese, ducks and chickens. The farmland includes a small are of native woodland wildlife coppice, exclusively created for nature conservation and education. Residential work placements are offered to international WWOOF volunteers and bespoke Forest School/Wildlife/Ecology sessions, linking caring for the natural environment to enhance organic food production. Session are mainly offered to local families, mixed aged home educated children and wildlife groups. The project is a supporter of OPEN farm Sunday and are currently working to renovate and convert a 300 year old granite cow-barn into a residential field centre.
