SweetTree Fields Farm, home to our ‘Let it Grow’ project, is a 14-acre site in Mill Hill, London comprising of woodland, grazing for donkeys, sheep, goats, chickens, and ducks, growing spaces, a fire camp area, giant outdoor musical instruments, a wild flower meadow, a beautiful yurt as well as a woodland assault course.

‘Let it Grow’ is a transitional project for adults with a variety of care and support needs, including autism, mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries, dementia, learning and physical disabilities. It combines farming and horticulture to provide therapeutic sessions every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am – 3pm. The project aims to develop and progress people towards learning, volunteering and working opportunities by creating development plans inline with support plans to help clients reach their full potential.
School groups and other organisations can benefit from tailored curriculum linked activity sessions as well as Forest School sessions. The Farm facilities, including the yurt, are also available for hire.

SweetTree Fields Farm is easily accessible by public transport in North London. The 251 bus stops outside the farm entrance and is The Rising Sun stop. The nearest train station is MIll Hill Broadway and the 251 bus leaves from this station.
