Our aim is to increase the knowledge and understanding of mental health in Stamford in Lincolnshire. To provide ways to prevent ill health and help those who may be suffering from illness through better conversations.
The aims of the community garden are to enable our participants to benefit from the therapeutic impact of gardening and through being part of the garden's community
