Roots & Bloom is a flower farm that works with people who have young onset dementia, providing supported nature based activities with the intention of inspiring people to make new friends, stay active and engaged with their community, and to be part of something meaningful and empowering. We are in the first stages of creating the farm and do not have a permanent site for the farm yet, but we should be sorted by next spring. Updates coming soon!
