We provide wellbeing support to young people vulnerable to or living with mental ill-health. Using a combination of nature-based activities such as mindful walks, wildlife conservation, gardening and discovery learning combined with art therapy, our programmes can help to reduce anxiety, alleviate symptoms of depression & empower young people to cope with life’s challenges. They develop a supportive peer network and when the programme is finished, they are encouraged to join community projects, to experience the benefits of giving back to society or caring for the environment.
