Y Cwtch which means 'hug' in welsh is within Herbert Thompson Primary School and provides therapeautic and gardening activities for children within the school. We are based in deprived area of Cardiff. The children who attend may have experiences loss and/or trauma, have low self esteem or may have been excluded from their previous school. We work mainly ourdoors in the garden with nature. When restrictions are lifted the aim is ask parents/members of the community to come in to be a part of our beautiful space.
