1. Establish and manage Shotton Colliery Community Garden areas (SCG or Garden).
2. Liaise with residents to promote and encourage engagements with the gardens.
3. Promote the Garden to the general public
4. Provide fresh vegetables to our residents with any surplus donated to a food bank.
5. Discuss and make decisions on issues of Garden operation and maintenance.
6. Represent the interests of SCG resident users in the development, operation, and ongoing improvement of the Garden.
7. Provide leadership and support for any projects based around and pertaining to the garden.
8. Evaluate the achievements and challenges of the SCG from year to year and make any recommendations to support the ongoing success of the Garden.
9. Apply for funding for any materials related to the Garden needs
10. Install any initial planters and provide topsoil.
11. Source tools and seeds
12. Promote and work with together residents to achieve a successful outcome
