We are a community-led charity at the heart of Gilfach Goch, dedicated to supporting local people of all ages to live happier, healthier, and more connected lives. Since 1996, we have provided a welcoming and inclusive space where individuals and families can access activities, services, advice, and support. From children and young people to older residents, we work to reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and create opportunities that help our community thrive.
We offer a wide range of services and activities designed to support people of all ages in our community. These include early years provision, children's after-school clubs and holiday activities, youth programmes, health and wellbeing sessions, dementia-friendly groups, support for older people, mental health and social inclusion projects, a Men's Shed, food support, recycling and environmental initiatives, community events, advice services, and activities for people with disabilities. We work closely with partner organisations to ensure individuals and families can access the support they need, when they need it.
