If Life Gives You Apples - Cider and juice making in East Anglia

A day long workshop with community growers and expert cider makers Summerwood Community Garden focussing  on the practicalities of cider and juice making, and how to generate income from it.

Where: The Grange, Great Cressingham

When: Tuesday 16th February 2016 9.30am - 4pm

We are looking for groups in the East who would like to use their fruit crops to generate income for their project.

• Have access to fruit trees or an orchard?
• Have access to a food hygiene registered kitchen?
• Have a group already interested in using apples to make juice, cider and other projects?
