What: Join us as Francesca from Walworth Garden walks us through their process of weighting applications according to personal characteristics that are often associated with exclusion. 

Walworth Garden uses a points based system to decide who to decide who to invite to training opportunities, based on socio-economic indicators associated with systemic marginalisation. Francesca will explain why there is a need for this, how they acheve it, and what they've been able to achieve using this process.
