'Business Planning For Community Growers' is a course taking place over four sessions. It has been designed to help community growers get to grips with strategic planning and produce a business plan for their project.
Other sessions in the series cover getting started, marketing, legal structures and bringing it all together. Each session takes place at a different community growing site in Newcastle and Gateshead.
We strongly encourage you to attend all four sessions. We also encourage you to attend with a colleague; so that learning can be shared and ensuring that at least two members of staff, can contribute to your business plan.
