GCF North East Care Farming Network Meeting

Following on from the GCF Going Live; Care Farming North East event which took place in January, this online network meeting will be facilitated by the Growing Care Farming project team and will provide an opportunity for anyone involved in care farming delivery or referral/commissioning sector in the North East to come together to make connections and discuss how we can work together to grow the sector in the region.
