Grace & Flavour provides a community garden for the cultivation of vegetables and fruit for members and those in need, in the communities of East and West Horsley and surrounding villages. We also manage a number of allotments provided for the local villagers. Fruit and vegetables are sold to members to support our ongoing costs and upkeep of the garden, 10% is given to those in need and surplus produce is sold to local retailers.
The garden operates as a co-operative welcoming all members from local villages surrounding East and West Horsley. Members volunteer their time and abilities in an environment that offers all individuals the opportunity to be part of the local project and helps develop a sense of community and an opportunity to learn and develop gardening skills.
