We are a local authority family centre working in an area of high deprivation in Barrhead, Glasgow. We have recently started working on a vegetable garden and 'wild' garden area which we are hoping to develop, now the pandemic restrictions are easing, with the help of the families and wider community. It will a green space that will help with sustainability and biodiversity, as well as the health and wellbeing of the people we work with in a natural environment that will also create a learning space for both children and families.
