Thank you to all members, staff and partners who joined our trustees on 25 March for our 2024-25 Annual General Meeting.
As always, it was a space for us to connect around what's been going on across the organisation, to celebrate success, and reflect on changes. We also take the opportunity to look forward - how is our experience shaping future work.
In that vein, we launched our new strategic plan which will guide us through to 2031. During Autumn 2025, staff, trustees, stakeholders and members came together to input into this document and therefore we're proud of what's been produced.
Our three main themes, that build on our existing ways of working, and respond to the context currently facing communities are:

- Radical Inclusion
