The High Weald Academy Farm
The school closed in September 2022
The farm essentially supports the Angley School curriculum but is keen to open the facility to any other groups or schools who can use it as a resource. Teachers schedule class time on the farm.It is small with mixed livestock. An environmental centre is used to support the work of students and other groups on and around the farm. Facilities include three modern barns on hard standing, 40 metre pond, free range pig unit and free range poultry unit and wet weather facilities. The farm is the base of the Angley Young Farmers Club who are one of the most successful YFC's in the country. The farm animals are also often top in the County and National Shows.
