B46 3BA We run a community allotment, which facilitates people coming together to connect with the land through cultivating it. We share the work and the produce, which fosters positive social networks. We share the excess produce within the local community, building and developing wider links with that community. We are also in the process of developing a community orchard, including a designated heritage orchard, to enhance these aims and provide an additional community space. In the future we hope to develop opportunities to run educational workshops and sessions for all ages and to develop the benefits we are already experiencing, specifically for those who are experiencing mental health problems or have physical disabilities and for whom gardening enhances their wellbeing.

Directions:
The allotment is situated about 100 yards from the High Street. Turn into Maxstoke Lane, which is opposite the Coleshill Hotel on the High Street. Continue along the Lane, past the houses on the left and a driveway (which leads to the graveyard and the Tennis Club) and there will be a small layby on the left-hand side, adjacent to some equestrian stables on the right-hand side. This is the Allotment site. The orchard and woodland site is next to it, a little further down the road, opposite Envy hair salon.
