We are in the early stages of setting up a community garden to be accessed by nurseries, primary schools and secondary schools, community groups, youth services, the Elderberries older ladies group and members of the local community.
We wish to promote lifelong learning, inter-generational working and health and well being. This project will also help people who may otherwise become socially isolated and give people a positive reason to engage the with the commuity. We hope to produce healthy locally accessible food.
