We are a locally constituted voluntary group in the Rhondda Fach, South Wales with a vision:
VISION: To create a vibrant, connected Rhondda Fach, building on the assets that exist within the community.
AIMS:
Creation of a NETWORK of partners in the Rhondda Fach including:
Friends of Wattstown Memorial Park, Royal British Legion – Ynyshir Branch , 1st Pontygwaith Scouts, Tidy Tylorstown, Tylorstown Primary School.
Undertaking DIRECT ACTION as part of Asset Based Community Development; ENVIRONMENT (Allotment, River testing, community litter picks, maintenance of community assets/memorials, workshops with children, young people and families.
We also focus on: HEALTH AND WELLBEING, CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, LONELINESS AND ISOLATION
