The 2026 Social Farms & Gardens Community Management Awards Cymru will launch

The Awards Ceremony is pre-recorded and will play on our You Tube Channel 

The 2026 Awardees are community projects based in the following areas of Cymru -  

Powys Area - 6 community managed green spaces 

Wrexham Area - 3 community managed spaces

Conwy Area - 2 community managed green spaces 

Cardiff Area - 2 community managed green spaces 

Carmarthenshire Area - 2 community managed green spaces 

Denbighshire Area - 1 community managed green space

Rhondda Cynon Taff Area - 1 community managed green space 

Ceredigion Area - 1 community managed green space 

Swansea Area - 1 community managed green space 

If you are not able to join us at the launch, the films are available to 

'watch again' on the same You Tube page along with the regional clusters of films. 

The individual project films are available upon request. 

On 25th February 2026 the Awardees will be listed on this page and on our dedicated page for all previous Community Management Awardee Winners dating back to 2019.
