Whitehawk Community Food Project
We are a well established organic community allotment garden on an acre of land. We grow a range of fruit veg and herbs. There are two big polytunnels, chickens, bee hives, wood workshop space, a kitchen Mongolian yurt and wildlife ponds and wildlife garden. We have three gardening sessions a week. People have the opportunity to help grow and harvest the food, take part in communal cooking and eating sessions. We run therapeutic activities such as yoga and heritage arts and craft workshops and events
