The Community Garden opened April 2102 and is used by local Primary Schools. We have had events in the Garden, the most recent being a Great Get Together Event. A men’s Cree runs 2 days a week from the garden and the members have the largest influence on maintaining the garden. We have recently received a Polytunnel from the COOP Community fund. The garden is open to the general public during daylight hours.

Bus No’s 48 or 43 can be taken from Durham Bus Station alighting at the Flass Pub turning left off Whitehouse lane and proceeding 50 yards along Durham Road turning left , then walking along the back lane . The garden is on the left.
