The garden is a hidden gem laying beyond Monmouthshire County Hall car park area and obscured by a single storey building, it is a quiet haven that leads down towards Berthin Brook that feeds into the river Usk.
Incredible Edible Usk came about through the Welsh Government Nature Fund primarily to support pollinators the project was developed to include an apiary, pollinator garden and community food growing area. We now have 13 bee hives on site managed and maintained by Gwent Bee Keepers, the formal pollinator garden area is managed by volunteers from the Incredible Edible Usk group. 9 raised growing beds are surrounded by a Monmouthshire meadow with heritage native species, a permaculture garden, greenhouse, living hedge and forest garden with heritage fruit trees being a speciality of the site.
