St. Peter's Junior School is keen to provide the children with a kitchen garden to learn the process of field to fork. The School plans to improve its Octavia Hill garden to give a sensory/reflective garden for our children, both those who have sensitivities and those who would bnefit from a calm space. A member of staff will be trained as a lead Forest School practitioner and there are plans to build bug hotels. The School believes that the children need many outdoor experiences alongside their daily academic work.
