“Edinburgh & Lothians Greenspace Trust works to make a positive difference to the quality of life for local communities by improving and promoting greenspaces. We run projects creating and improving woodland, parks, vacant and derelict land, school and community gardens and other outdoor spaces through engagement with communities, landowners, local authorities and other stakeholders. We work with partners to use local greenspaces by providing and supporting opportunities for outdoor play, learning and engagement, so that they value and use them recognising the key role that greenspaces can play in contributing to improvements in mental and physical health, community cohesion and regeneration.
