Five a Day is a beautiful horticultural therapy project on a two-acre former market garden in the village of Englefield, near Reading. We welcome gardening volunteers at least twice a week, and host regular sessions for schoolchildren, after-school groups, older people and those with dementia, and green gardening and craft sessions with adult learners.
