Just the Job is a charity and social enterprise which offers:
• Improved integration of vulnerable adults into their local community.
• Increased understanding by the general public of the issues surrounding adults with disabilities.
• Improved well-being of the individuals it supports across all parts of their life.
As part of our activities we operate a community garden and orchard which we use for therapeutic horticulture and environmental activities with our Team Members. This tranquil space is also used by volunteers, mental wellbeing groups, heritage craft activities and social events. It is our open day venue and visited by local gardening clubs.

Public transport: train to Darlington and then bus to Richmond, then a walk up the hill to the trading estate about 15 minutes.
Road: at the towns only set of traffic lights turn up the hill following sign posts to Gallowfields trading Estate. Turn into the Gardens track at a junction just before the main part of the trading estate. The Just the Job sign is straight ahead before you turn up into Racecourse Rd.
