We believe in supporting everyone of all abilities and ages to grow, buy and eat local food, produced in ways that support our environment. We work towards making our food system more local, and better for people and the planet. Our primary focus is on creating welcoming and productive growing spaces for people to reconnect with nature, our food and each other. We want to co-create our projects with our community.

What we do:
• We grow and sell yummy food - We produce yummy local salad, fruit, herbs, flowers and veg
• We empower our community to grow and eat yummy food - We provide hands-on education, practical skill development and volunteering opportunities for everyone of all abilities and ages.
• We empower people to improve their health & wellbeing - We provide social & horticultural therapy for people who might need a little bit of support and connection to nature and to people, to improve physical and mental health, and communication and thinking skills.
• We empower more food growers and food producers - We will provide support to small scale, local, agro-ecological growers and food producers through courses and workshops.
• We promote local ecological food production & consumption - When we have time to focus on further phases, we want to work on influencing local policies to help make it easier for small scale, ecological regenerative growers to become established. In addition, we want to work with local stakeholders to link local food growers, producers and consumers.

Our Aims
1. Enhance health & wellbeing, reduce isolation and support community connection and resilience
2. Advance education around environmentally-friendly food growing methods, support skills development, understanding of land management, and appreciation of the wider countryside
3. Improve access to and support for local, ecologically produced and nutritious food at affordable prices
4. Ensure that our land and business are healthy, sustainable and resilient
