Our mission for Bridgend Farmhouse is ‘learning, working and growing together to develop a flourishing community and place.’ Our values are welcoming, people power, care and justice, enabling, creativity and belonging. One volunteer has described Bridgend Farmhouse as ‘a joyful nurturing environment.’ Our aims are to: advance community development through place-based education and training, learning activities in the outdoors and local woodlands; promote physical and mental health; reduce social isolation and health inequalities; arts, local heritage and culture; promote equality and diversity through accessible facilities and activities; and promote environmental protection and sustainability.

In addition to facilities and groups, we run seasonal family events. Individuals and families from the local community come together, to participate in family and cultural activities which include performance and skills sharing.
