Cook and Grow together provided fun educational workshops that help inner city children explore cooking and growing of food as part of a healthy life style. We aim to develop life skills and help children reconnect with food and where it comes from. To improve children and their families confidence with cooking simple health affordable meals. We hope to develop an life long appreciation of natural world.
